Our Core+ strategy focuses on stabilized assets that are solid and well-positioned. We aim to renovate, modernise and hold the assets for extended periods. In addition, we aim to add value by implementing focused space and facelift management after the acquisition.

Our value-add strategy targets undermanaged and unmodernised assets in solid locations within the UK, mainly in London, which are often undervalued. We use our space and construction management expertise and verified contractors to increase the property's efficiency and conduct interior/exterior renovations and reconfiguration.

We target undervalued and distressed properties through a dynamic Specia Purpose Vehicle (SPV).

    One of the main advantages of buying a property in the UK via an SPV        is that it can provide greater flexibility and tax efficiency compared to purchasing the property as an individual.
